Knauf House at the Slovenian Pavilion in Expo Dubai: A Global Showcase for Sustainable Solutions

The Knauf House at the Slovenian Pavilion in Expo Dubai was a success. The venue hosted a series of events that aimed to educate and inspire visitors about the possibilities of a greener, more sustainable world. Over 45 events with more than 15 partners were hosted at the Knauf House, including 4 Urbanscape events and a captivating exhibition titled « One World. One Family » by the Living with a Green Heart, Social Sustainability & Responsibility initiative of Knauf Insulation. A variety of workshops, training sessions, and networking opportunities were well-attended by a diverse range of participants, including architects, engineers, policymakers, members of the public, and students from local schools and universities.

  • Two ‘Breakfast & Learn’ Events for Designers and Architects, in collaboration with Kebony

Urbanscape partnered with Kebony to host two informative « Breakfast and Learn » events, introducing attendees innovative wood technology, offering a sustainable and renewable building material and green solutions for building more sustainable cities that improve quality of life. As putting nature, people, lives, and livelihoods at the heart of climate action is a key goal from both of our companies, on the events we were also discussing Climate-resilient societies and how our solutions contribute to it.

 

  • Water Tech Revolution: Embracing Sustainable Infrastructure Solutions, in collaboration with our partner Hydraloop

In collaboration with Hydraloop, Urbanscape organized a networking dinner to explore the intersection of water technology and sustainable infrastructure solutions. The event brought together professionals from various fields, including MEP, ESCO, and architects, to discuss the role of innovative water management systems in creating more sustainable and resilient cities.

 

  • Happy Hour: Vision for Net-Zero Solutions and Transforming Cities, in collaboration with Knauf

Urbanscape and Knauf hosted a lively happy hour event to share Knauf’s sustainability vision and its commitment to net-zero solutions. The event showcased Knauf’s innovative insulation products and its expertise in creating energy-efficient buildings. Participants engaged in discussions about the role of building design and sustainable materials in transforming cities from gray to green.

 

 

With the help of the Urbanscape Green Wall, which adds beauty to the Slovenian pavilion, the events focused on inspiring and educating the public on the possibilities of a greener, more sustainable world and connecting back to nature.
